Nearly 700 million RMB will be used to build an ArF high-end photoresist R&D platform construction project in Shanghai Chemical Industry Park." Beijing Kempur Microelectronics Co., Ltd., where the contract was signed on that day, is one of the core holding subsidiaries of Red Avenue Electronics. G/I line photoresist products for semiconductors and KrF photoresist products have been mass-produced. Ms. Xin Chen said that in the first half of this year, 10 photoresist products entered the domestic mainstream market of 12-inch memory and logic circuit manufacturers for mass use for the first time.
